Captioning vendor and services are understandably overwhelmed in today's online education climate due to COVID-19. At this time, submissions via TechConnect/DECT are taking upwards of two weeks to be returned. If you have an identified student who needs accommodations please submit those requests AND send a request to email@example.com.
